I joined the school in 2015 and have been Head of the English Department since 2017. My role involves a whole-school approach to learning across all subjects, giving a voice to both staff and students. The most rewarding thing is hearing what students want/need and then working with staff on how to make the pupils’ learning experience as positive as possible, with a clear focus on their individual progress.
