Year 13 students were put through a rigorous 4 stage recruitment process. Stage 1 started with student’s completing an application form, stage 2 involved sitting an aptitude test, stage 3 evolved into students engaged in group work exercise and the fourth and final stage saw students engaged in a one-to-one interview with industry professionals.
