Learning for Life and Work

At Integrated College Glengormley all pupils in Key Stage 3 study Learning for Life and Work. It comprises of the subject strands:
• Employability
• Citizenship
• Relationships and Sexuality Education (RSE).

Learning for Life and Work aims to help pupils develop their knowledge and understanding of the challenges and opportunities that they face in everyday life.

Pupils also get the opportunity to understand the different values, attitudes, needs and perspectives of their own and other communities. Each pupil will develop their skills, attitudes and values necessary for independent thinking, informed decision making and responsible actions.
